Creating an Outdoor Space

The objective was to create a casual entertaining space incorporating a pool cabaña, recreation space and guesthouse.

BBP designed two 400 square foot building, located opposite the main residence on the far side of the existing pool. This creates a sense of closure and definition to the outdoor space. The buildings are nearly identical, and are arranged symmetrically around the exisiting pool, setting up an axis to a sculpture set at the back of a court between the buildings.
